Uniqueness in design, exceptional finish, outstanding quality and practicality, notable innovative elements, make it stand distinctively ahead of its market competitors.

Assessment Criteria:

Judges will evaluate submissions based on:

Aesthetics: The overall design, beauty and appeal.
Functionality: The synergy between space, layout, accessibility and practicality.
Environmental: How the home impacts minimally upon its surroundings.
Innovation: Clear, concise and engaging exposition of the home’s innovations.

Case for the Award:
Clearly lay out why the showhome merits this award. Highlights its uniqueness, comfort and appeal, or the lasting impact it promises.

Showhome Overview:
Briefly describe the home, its inception, development stages and primary characteristics or attributes.

Inception and Objectives:
Outline the driving force or inspiration behind the showhome. Detail the goals or outcomes that were aspired to achieve with this outstanding home.

Implementation and Execution:
Discuss how the home was brought to life, emphasising the methods, technologies, or strategies employed.

Measurable Impact:
Detail quantifiable results or outcomes stemming from the home. For instance, instead of stating "first 5 homes sold quicker," elaborate with "first 5 homes sold within 4 weeks of showhome opening."

Challenges and Overcomes:
Detail obstacles or setbacks encountered during the home's planning/design or build. Describe how these challenges were addressed and the resultant triumphs.
